Refunds & Disputes
BrandPipe Systems Ltd ("BPS") provides metered access to its products and services where clients are only charged for what they use.
In the case of a commercial API, consumption of a chargeable action (via a monitored endpoint) is a non-refundable action (because the benefit of the consumption has already been received and cannot intriniscally be returned to us).
In the case of SaaS platform provision, the terms of use will depend on the nature of the Agreement we have made with you. In all cases, service provision will be subject to a detailed contract signed by both Parties. Key points in such agreements are illustrated below:
An uncapped-use, fixed-price agreement
This type of arrangement has a fixed-term and will likely include the following:
- A cool-off period
- A prepaid minimum term
- A cancellation period
- Exit clauses
- Post initial-term standard rates
A metered or revenue-share model
This type of agreement will have a rolling-term and may include one or more of the following:
- A cool-off period
- A % fee of the "retail value" of any transaction fulfilled via the platform
- A tiered fixed-fee on a per transaction basis (where usage determines the prevailing tier)
- A minimum initial period and rolling terms
Disputes
Disputes shall be handled via mediation as detailed in the Agreement you signed.
Terms and pricing are available on request and no service shall be offered without countersigned, terms, enforceable under English contract laws.
Refunds
If your Agreement includes the concept of prepaid account credits, you can request a refund of any unused credit by cancelling your account. We'll automatically process a refund to your credit card or bank account associated with your BPS product account.
Our processing will be completed wiith 14 calendar days not including any additional time required by your bank or credit card company.
If you have added credits via a bank account transfer, we'll ask for your bank account details to process the refund. Refunds cannot be processed where your account is still active or you have an outstanding balance that you still need to settle (and it cannot be covered in full by applying a debit to your prepay balance).
